On Sunday, 19 August at 12:00 in the square next to Ecotourism Information Centre of the Embūte Nature Park, the Second Embūte Randonnee will be set off.
The competition is organized by the Liepāja City and District Cycling Club "LRK" in cooperation with Embūte Parish Council and the mountain bike team of Embūte.
Marking their 10th Anniversary the state enterprise "Vides projekti" will grant awards to the winners of the Randonnee in various age groups.
The overall aim of the Randonnee is to continue the tradition of cycle racing in the parish of Embūte, to involve participants of various age and gender in sports activities, as well as to promote the MTB sports and facilitate advancement of the new sportsmen.

Several distance routes will be organized:
• MTB XCM race (60 km) – individual and team competition. Start at 12:00.
• MTB XC satellite race (30 km) – individual and team competition. Start at 13:00.

Registration for the randnonnee on 19 August from 10:00 at Ecotourism Information Centre.
Participation fee – Ls 3,00, for children and youth under 18 – Ls 1,00.
