“Environmental Projects” also participated in the international exhibition “Environment and Energy 2005” which took place at the Kipsala Exhibition Hall in October 20-22.

Many interested people visited the “Environmental Projects” booth. Visitors showed great interest in the informative materials offered by the “Environmental Projects” publication “Environmental Signs”, a publication about saving heat and handbook on the purification of waste water. Visitors were specifically interested in the oak wood table placed in the middle of the booth, which was made in accordance with the drawings prepared by our enterprise especially for the Embute ecotourism project, as well as a recently released DVD about alternative forms of energy shown in the corner of our booth. Visitors to the booth asked different questions about activities of “Environmental Projects” and its on-going projects, as well as asked advice to solve certain environmental problems. There were also several, different, interesting offers of cooperation discussed.

The Exhibition “Environment and Energy 2005” was a good opportunity to not only for introducing ourselves but also to getto know others it was a “contact exchange” where one could establish contacts with other enterprises working in the field of the environment both in Latvia and its neighboring countries.
